Sherry is a 2007 graduate of the Illinois Valley Community College Therapeutic Massage Program. She specializes in Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy and Hot Stone Massage. As an experienced licensed massage therapist, she offers effective massage therapy tailored to meet your individual needs. Sherry’s signature massage incorporates a hot pack, warm towels and deep tissue applications. Together, the two approaches of heat and pinpoint acupressure, help to alleviate muscle tension, loosen knots and trigger points, and provide an overall sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Sherry offers body treatments such as salt/sugar scrubs, mud masks, steam treatments and soothing hand and foot treatments. She is also certified in seated chair massage. She provides her services in a friendly, professional manner, in a clean, comfortable atmosphere. A firm believer in the inseparable connection between body/mind, Sherry is a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.
